The repeal of the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO) has been achieved! Both Houses of the United States Congress have passed the legislation, and it is now on its way to President Biden’s desk. We are proud to share that the President has committed to signing this bill into law.
