Details: We have extended the deadline for the State FOP Golf Tournament to July 29th. There are no morning flight spots available, but we can accept up to 10 more teams for 1PM flights for both Monday, July 15th at Forest Park Golf Course (scramble) and Tuesday, July 15th (individual) at Valparaiso Country Club. See forms attached.
Also, remember we have secured a $57 discounted green fee for Sunday, July 14th play. Make your own tee time at 219/462-3812.

2024 Golf Tournament

Please note that all entry forms must be received by June 14, 2024
We were just advised that the Hampton Inn has reduced their group rate for the Indiana State FOP Golf Tournament from $179 to $159 per night, plus taxes. They advised us that anyone who has already booked a room for 07/14/2024 to 07/16/2024 should also have their rate reduced, but let us know if this has not occurred. It is a short walk from the Hampton Inn to the hospitality room at the Holiday Inn Express.
Also, please download the revised attached entry form which eliminates the hat size because the hats will be adjustable.
